1. This offer is valid from 1st January
2013 till 30th March 2013.
2. Homeowners who had received the promotion
flyers with a code are automatically qualifies for the offer. The flyer must be
kept as prove for the purpose of validation.
If the homeowners does not received the promotion flyers, he/she is able to
contact Constructix Resources directly
through email requesting it.
3. This offer only valid for design and build
package between homeowners and Constructix Resources which engaging in a contractual
relationship, presently Constructix Resources is responsible for both
architectural/engineering and construction under a single contract.
4. Constructix Resources have the right to
evaluate a project whether it will fit under the criteria which enables them to
get the notified offer. The evaluation of a project are only determined after
the pre consultation process and negotiations.
5. The promotion
is open to all design and build project except for:

Construction
works which are 150 sq.ft or less.
·
Project
which does not involve any type of building construction.
·
Project
which intent to collide with the Government laws and Local Authorities regulations.
6. Eligible
customers who are qualify shall receive their relevant rebate in their contract.
The rebate shall be reflected in the project consultations fees stated in the
contract sum.
7. In the
event of a termination, the rebates will become invalid, and the client have to
reimburse for full consultation fees. For example:
If the client decided to terminate the service, he/she would have to forfeit full payment of consultation fee which reflect
the progress of the service given.
